We lived here for two years and had a wonderful experience. It was the perfect place for our family starting out and we made so many great memories here. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and scenic, with a beautiful pond nearby. The unit was spacious, competitively priced, and always felt like a great value. Lived here for two years and it was great! Quiet location and I loved the pond. For fishing and tranquility. Setup was great and convenient for me and my teenage kids. Had almost no problems and when I did, management was responsive and handled timely. Neighbors were pleasant. Lots of good walking paths in the neighborhood. Only moved out because I bought a house but definitely recommend this complex.

Beautiful neighborhood, but hated living there.! The first week of moving in I was already receiving pictures of my friends and family that visited me.Debbie comes off as loving and understanding until you’ve signed the lease. She’s racist! Debbie accused me of throwing Chicken grease out of the bedroom window. I got Two warnings by her One was because my visitor was having a casual conversation with me upon leaving. She said we were too loud . I stayed to my self and very respectful towards my neighbors in the building. The walls are very thin so you can hear everybody conversation without even trying too. She always took pictures of the black males entering the building and will send pictures asking do I know them. It got so bad and uncomfortable my family didnt wanna come over . She took half of my deposit and added extra fees for cleaning which I spent extra time doing upon leaving. It’s like walking on eggshells around there.

I've lived here for over a year now and have had zero problems living here. Any issues that I've had were minor and fixed immediately and/or as time reasonably permits. The landlord has been nothing but awesome and is very sweet. The location is nice and the seclusion is quiet, making for a wonderful place to live. Very clean and nice apartments.

I lived here for three years while finishing my masters @ UIS and it wasn't that bad, also very affordable. The first two years the management was terrible, but during my last year we got new management and they are 100x better! Wish they would've came sooner!

Do yourself a favor and don’t move in here. The decaying structure, giant spiders and horrid aroma are the least of your worries. Roaches will make themselves comfortable in your unit, the washer will probably break down, and the landlord will not care in the slightest because she’s a horrible person who only cares about $. Don’t give these pieces of filth your money

This is the worst apartment management I’ve ever delt with the maintenance is terrible. They take months to come fix things. Our faucet was leaking and they took months to fix it. The grass and hedges over the sidewalks are never cut and the property manager couldn’t run a hotdog stand let alone a apt complex.
